Finance & Accounting medewerker

Objective: Responsible for the accurate processing of financial transactions, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial reports to support LVD's business operations and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts monthly.
  • Prepare and submit VAT, tax, and statutory declarations as required by Belgian law.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Key skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Typical profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
