What we do: GENYZ is a 100% Belgian consulting company specialized in engineering and innovation. We assist companies in designing and implementing innovative strategies to address the challenges of Industry 4.0, with a strong focus on digitalization and new technologies. Our expertise covers industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and IT consulting. Our R&D center develops revolutionary tools to transform current working methods and support digital transformation.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are located at Rue Sainte-Wivine 4, 1315 Incourt, Belgium. While primarily operating within Belgium, we aim to expand into France and internationally to support global projects.

Short history: Founded in 2017, GENYZ was created with the ambition to build a meaningful company in the digital age. Since then, we have grown into a medium-sized company with around 50 employees, driven by a team of talents from Generations Y and Z.

Organization & culture: Our company culture is built on values such as creativity, autonomy, agility, transparency, solidarity, and ambition. We emphasize the combination of hard and soft skills to foster successful client relationships. Our offices are designed as dynamic coworking spaces to encourage knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation. Employee well-being and satisfaction are central to our success.
