Aidants Proches ASBL

Short history: Founded in 2006 in Namur, Belgium, following an initiative by the Fondation Roi Baudouin in 2005, Aidants Proches ASBL was created to provide a platform and voice for informal caregivers. Since its inception, it has expanded its services and geographic presence, including the establishment of the Brussels branch in 2015. The organization has grown from a small team to about 11 employees, supported by the Walloon government through funding agreements to enhance its missions.
