What we do: PMSweet is a Belgian food company specializing in the production of premium macarons and high-end desserts for retail and foodservice markets. Our expertise lies in crafting both sweet and savory macarons, macaron shells, profiteroles, éclairs, and personalized creations, serving professionals in the sweet treat domain worldwide. We combine artisanal tradition with large-scale production to deliver quality, creativity, and safety in every product.

Where we are located: Our headquarters are in Dison, Wallonia, Belgium, at Rue du Progrès 5, 4821. We operate two certified production sites in Vivegnis, a sub-municipality of Oupeye, Liège, and have recently expanded with a new, state-of-the-art facility in Thimister.

Short history: Founded in 2014, PMSweet began as a small venture in a family kitchen and rapidly grew into a global leader in macaron production. Over the years, we have expanded our production capacity, relocated and modernized our facilities, and now produce over one million macarons daily. Our growth has been fueled by a passion for pastry and a commitment to innovation and quality.

Recent developments: In 2025, PMSweet was certified as a B Corporation, recognizing our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. We have also inaugurated a new 17,000 m² production facility in Thimister, which will double our production capacity and further solidify our position as the world’s largest macaron producer.
