Where we are located: EQUILIS is headquartered at Avenue Jean Mermoz 1, 6041 Charleroi, in Belgium’s Walloon Region. In addition to our Belgian base, we have established offices in France, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, and Germany, reflecting our pan-European reach and local market expertise.

Short history: Founded in 2006 by Carl Mestdagh, EQUILIS has grown from a Belgian developer into a significant European player. Over 16 years, we have completed around 50 projects covering 400,000 m², including 1,500 housing units. Currently, we are developing an additional 500,000 m², with nearly 4,000 new homes in the pipeline. Our track record includes over 270,000 m² of retail and commercial space and 832 housing units delivered to date, with ongoing investments exceeding €500 million.
