Short history: Founded in 1972 by Jean Vincent, the company evolved significantly over the decades. In 2007, it was renamed Vincent Logistics SA and consolidated its transport and logistics operations. A major milestone was the 2022 merger with the French Berto Group, which strengthened its strategic management while keeping operational control within the Vincent family. Today, Vincent Logistics continues to grow with a focus on sustainability and high-quality service.
