Joobs was born from a simple conviction: at work, people should be able to connect directly, locally, without intermediaries.
After more than 15 years in recruitment, we observed that:

• agencies are expensive and don’t always reflect the true nature of companies,
• the essential is forgotten: making local employers visible and allowing talents to act even before a job is posted.

At Joobs, we combine over 20 years of recruitment experience with strong expertise in digital management. This unique combination enables us to design a platform built as a modern, scalable, user-centered digital product.

Alongside this technological activity, we created Joobs Studio, a space dedicated to producing digital content and employer branding. Videos, podcasts, social media clips — we help companies tell their story and attract talent through engaging formats.

Based in Zellik, west of Brussels, we work with a network that covers all of Belgium.
