Where we are located: Our headquarters is located at Avenue Constant Grandprez 29, 4970 Stavelot, in the province of Liège, Belgium. This central location allows us to serve the entire Ardennes region efficiently, from well-known destinations like Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne to hidden gems across the Belgian countryside.

Short history: Founded in 2001 by André Offermans, Ardennes-étape revolutionized the vacation rental sector in Belgium by automating the reservation process from the very beginning—a time when most competitors still relied on paper and pen.
